Damages or Shortages in Transit: It is the policy of Www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com to credit the full invoice price for any merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit provided that we are notified within 5 business days of delivery and that all apparent damage or shortages have been noted on the carrier copy of the delivery receipt. Damaged product must be returned to www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com. Please follow Return Goods Policy shown below. Otherwise, www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss.
Shipping Errors: Shipping errors must be brought to the attention of our Customer Service Department via e-mail within 5 business days of receipt of a shipment. A returned goods authorization (RGA) number will be issued by Customer Service. The return must be shipped to www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com freight prepaid, and we will issue a credit for the freight when the credit for the returned merchandise is issued.
Return Goods Policy: Returns will be accepted under the following conditions only;
A) Returns must be approved in advance by www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com Customer Service Department and an RGA must have been issued. The RGA number must show on the outside of each carton returned. Cartons returned without an RGA number will be refused.
B) To request an RGA number, please e-mail Customer Service, be sure to provide the invoice or PO number of the original shipment, the item to be returned, quantity, lot number, expiration date, and the reason for the return request.
C) Merchandise must be returned freight prepaid. If it is determined that the return is due to an error or problem on the part of www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com, the shipping charges will be credited to your credit card at the time of the credit for the returned merchandise.
D) Requests for merchandise returns for reasons other than defects in manufacturing or errors of www.ScreeningForDrugsAndAlcohol.com are subject to a 25% restocking charge, and the freight charges will not be credited. Product must be returned in unopened cartons and in saleable condition.
E) Product returns for other than manufacturing errors must have been purchased within 45 days prior to the return request.
Non-Returnable Items*:
A) Less than case packaging
B) Merchandise with less than 12 months of the expiration date
C) Merchandise not in resaleable condition
*Unless merchandise is deemed to be defective
Shipping: Freight F.O.B. origin, Norfolk, VA
Drop Shipments: For your convenience, we will drop ship orders directly to you for free on MINIMUM orders of $100. Drop Ship Orders less than $100 will be subject to a $10 fee.
